The Restaurant occupies a major part of the original Principal building dating back 400 years. Both the bar & restaurant have been refurbished, and although the design is stylish and contemporary, the building retains all its period features.
To the front of the bar & restaurant is a fabulous outdoor raised terrace, one of the trendiest alfresco venues available. Dinner, a glass of wine or just a few drinks can be enjoyed in the last of the evening sun.
Seasons allowing, locally produced foods are used in all of our dishes. Diners can choose from a varied range of Modern English style cuisine, which is complemented by a list of fifty carefully selected wines.
Monday to Saturday - 6pm until 9pm
Sunday and Bank Holiday Mondays - 7pm until 8pm
